In June 2005 Arctech took part with several other companies in making an attempt to create the world's largest pumpkin pie. Our part of the pie so to speak, is the pan itself. At 12 feet in diameter, that's a whole lot of dessert. In October of 2005, the pan was used in New Bremen, Ohio to cook the worlds largest edible pumpkin pie. The pie when completed weighed 2020 pounds. This was an audited weight and has been submitted to to the folks at Guiness as an official world record. This new world record was approved by Guiness in early 2006!!!! We received an official copy of the world record certificate in September 2006.
